Associate, Social Media Lead (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid/flexible working arrangements

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Execute corporate, business, and executive social media strategy across X, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Manage editorial planning, publishing, monitoring, approval workflows, and daily channel operations.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate platform-native content covering digital assets, financial markets, research, corporate news, events, people, and strategic priorities.
• Monitor conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging themes; escalate shareholder-related, reputational, and other sensitive issues.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Compliance, executives, business leaders, and subject matter experts on messaging, approvals, and brand governance.
• Manage intranet content, creative production, paid and organic social initiatives, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably in investment banking, alternative asset management, financial services, technology, digital assets, or another fast-paced organization.
• Proven ownership of brand or executive social channels, with strong knowledge of X and LinkedIn and differing platform audiences and content expectations.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, editorial judgment, and the ability to simplify complex business and market topics accurately.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investing, technology, digital assets, AI, and data center infrastructure.
• Understanding of social media audiences including retail shareholders, clients, and external stakeholders, with the ability to tailor communications.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to earn senior executives’ confidence and collaborate with Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, business teams, Legal, and Compliance.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented approach, including experience using social metrics and audience insights.

• Experience working with creative partners; familiarity with paid social, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
