Associate Indirect Procurement Manager (Rotational Program)

Location: Hybrid/in-office in Rochester, NY or Chicago, IL, with office presence aligned to company guidance and business needs. Limited travel may be required for supplier meetings, stakeholder engagements, rotational program activities, or other business needs.

Salary: $69,600–$123,600 per year.

hirify.global is hiring for an 18–24-month indirect procurement rotational development program.

What you will do

• Support category strategies and sourcing initiatives across Marketing, Information Technology, and Corporate Services.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, and supplier agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, extensions, and renewals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors and support supplier performance reviews, QBRs, procurement governance, and strategic supplier initiatives.
• Execute category management initiatives that deliver sustainable savings and business value.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on metrics, tools, processes, compliance, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of relevant business experience, including increasing responsibility in strategic sourcing for indirect goods and services, procurement consulting, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories, supplier management best practices, and competitive bidding processes such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
• Experience supporting supplier negotiations, contract development, and contract lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, procurement processes, and procurement technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results across categories, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods and work on a computer for extended periods; reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.

• Consumer packaged goods experience.
