What you will do

• Analyze go-to-market, product, and operational data to uncover insights, diagnose bottlenecks, and identify high-leverage growth opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives across go-to-market, product, data, and operations based on strategic impact.
• Drive operational initiatives across group companies from idea through execution with speed and ownership.
• Test, validate, and refine initiatives using rigorous, data-driven experimentation.
• Automate workflows and systemize processes to reduce manual work and build scalable AI-first operating models.

Requirements

• Strong analytical foundation developed in start-ups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital, strategy, or management consulting.
• Rigorous thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, form clear mental models, and take ownership.
• Interest in diving deeply into unfamiliar software categories.
• Structured, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality or momentum.
