Location: Remote in Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, or France; willingness to travel across Europe up to 40%.

Salary: Italy €67,200–€100,800 annually. Published ranges also include France €74,400–€111,600, Germany €90,400–€135,600, Greece €54,560–€81,840, the Netherlands €87,600–€131,400, Portugal €53,600–€80,400, Spain €68,400–€102,600, and the United Kingdom £70,000–£105,000.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product launches, product management, market analysis, and market research for the Defibrillation Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with global, European, headquarters, and country marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities and support local activities.
• Coordinate the review and approval of promotional content with clinical, regulatory, and legal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage marketing projects and campaigns, including cost estimation and completion.
• Support the organization of European internal and external events and congresses.
• Contribute to regional marketing plans and their execution.

Requirements

• University degree in life science, bio-engineering, or another relevant field; alternatively, a business and marketing degree with proven medical-device industry experience or an MSc in Healthcare.
• At least 7 years of experience in the medical-device industry in a marketing or sales role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Process-driven approach, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with multiple country and headquarters stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 40%.

Nice to have

• MSc in Marketing or Business.
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management.
• Regional experience.
• Any other European language.
