Product Consultant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own and mature team backlogs, taking features from inception through delivery and live operation.
• Drive MVP thinking and communicate product value to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies to resolve uncertainty and build consensus.
• Translate complex needs into high-quality user stories and manage scope, dependencies, and priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with delivery teams and client organisations.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to the Product capability, and support bids, proposals, and sales activity where needed.

Requirements

• Experience delivering bespoke software in agile teams for external clients.
• Healthcare or UK public sector experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge decisions constructively and adapt communication styles.
• Strong backlog management, prioritisation, and MVP delivery experience.
• High-quality user story writing and requirements elicitation skills.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for mentoring others.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales activity, including bids and proposals.
