Senior Analog IC Designer (CMOS)

Salary: $114,200.00-$152,300.00 annually

What you will do

• Architect and design high-performance analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits for advanced CMOS image sensors.
• Develop ADCs, low-noise amplifiers, bias and reference circuits, PLLs, serializers, and data drivers.
• Own simulation, verification, layout collaboration, post-layout validation, and low-noise/high-speed layout practices.
• Lead silicon bring-up, characterization, hardware debug, full-chip integration, and tape-out.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and translate application requirements into engineering decisions and technical risk management.
• Collaborate with system, digital, product, program, and customer-facing teams while contributing to CMOS technology roadmaps and circuit innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong analog design fundamentals, including noise, stability, mismatch, device physics, and reliability.
• Hands-on CMOS transistor-level design, simulation, and post-layout verification.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CMOS image sensor or sensor readout experience.
• ADC, low-noise analog front-end, and mixed-signal integration expertise.
• Experience with LDE, EM/IR, ESD, silicon characterization, or technical leadership.
