Manager, Business Cycle & Market Intelligence - Global Supply Chain & Procurement Finance (Supply Chain Finance)

What you will do

• Lead the Global Supply Chain Finance team and manage 2–3 analysts through guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee financial reporting, including variance analysis and insights, in partnership with finance and accounting teams.
• Provide recommendations to senior management and support continuous improvement in financial performance.
• Streamline financial processes, data consolidation, reporting tools, automation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including a strong background in supply chain finance or related areas.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, including managing and developing a small team.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or CPA/CFA qualification.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software such as Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts.
