Business Controller SSC

What you will do

• Act as Finance Business Partner for assigned SSC organizations across 21 global organizations with combined annual spend exceeding USD 400 million.
• Support and challenge senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management, Package R&D, Corporate Affairs, and Legal.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and lead cost optimization, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver management reporting, analyses, business cases, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Present financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a comparable finance role within an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders constructively.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar reporting and planning tools.
