Product Manager (IoT)

Location: Kyiv, Lviv, or remote within Ukraine only.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, Engineering, Design, UX Research, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand objectives and customer needs.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, actionable plans, and product direction.
• Define and maintain roadmaps and own backlog prioritization across product initiatives.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation and growth while managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Analyze customer feedback, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product performance to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Improve internal products, services, product practices, processes, and customer value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to define business needs and product requirements.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Product thinking, customer-centric mindset, business and commercial awareness, strong organization, prioritization, flexibility, autonomy, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
