Content Production Internship (Film, Photography & Social Content)

Location: On-site at the New York City offices; two days per week minimum

hirify.global is a 360° full-service creative studio working across strategy, creative development, branding, experiential, web design and development, campaigns, content creation, and production for brands and institutions.

What you will do

• Assist producers with pre-production logistics, including call sheets, shoot schedules, and talent coordination.
• Research locations, talent, and creative references for photography, film, and social content projects.
• Maintain vendor lists, crew bookings, production trackers, delivery schedules, and feedback records.
• Support shoot days with setup, check-in, and other on-set production needs.
• Organize and archive production documents, wrap reports, and final assets.
• Work with Creative, Strategy, and Operations throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a university undergraduate or master’s program.
• Must be available for at least 16 hours per week and two on-site days at the New York City offices.
• Must be available for the full program from February 3 through May 12, 2027; all internships begin February 3, 2027.
• Interest in film, photography, social content, or creative production logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, reliable approach.
• Clear communication, willingness to ask questions, and ability to take direction.
• Ability to adapt when priorities shift, especially on shoot days.
• Comfort with Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with StudioBinder, Dropbox, or Airtable.
