Salary: $196,461–$309,025 annual base pay across United States geographic pay zones.

What you will do

• Develop core intelligence solutions and end-to-end AI features for DevAI products.
• Design LLM-based methodologies and algorithms for product needs.
• Preprocess data and perform feature engineering to improve product inputs and performance.
• Run experiments, apply evaluation metrics, and test solutions against design specifications.
• Implement, optimize, monitor, and maintain machine learning pipelines and deployed intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and partner teams, communicating technical details and contributing to technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing LLM-based methodologies and algorithms.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, machine learning pipelines, and solution evaluation.
• Ability to identify complex challenges, develop creative solutions, and apply current machine learning and AI research.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
