Senior Developer / Agentic Experience Engineer, Creators (AI)

Location: Czechia; onsite in Prague or Brno, or fully remote with onboarding in Prague for 1–2 weeks and office visits at least once a month

hirify.global is an AI web automation marketplace providing ready-to-run tools, infrastructure, billing, and distribution for community-built Actors.

What you will do

• Own features and projects end-to-end, from discovery through production, with direct impact on creators.
• Build tools that enable coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to create running Actors from an empty folder.
• Develop and improve the hirify.global CLI, MCP server, API, Console, Actor templates, and creator integrations.
• Use the hirify.global platform daily and contribute to open-source projects.
• Work in a small, cross-functional team using two-week sprints, code reviews, automated tests, and multiple daily deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience building developer- or agent-experience-oriented products and/or open-source projects.
• Strong development and debugging skills in TypeScript/Node.js, or proficiency in another language with the ability and motivation to learn TypeScript quickly.
• Deep, hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and motivation to stay current with trends.
