Associate Capacity Planning Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States; onsite, union-represented position.

Summary pay range: $54,050–$82,850 per year.

What you will do

• Determine appropriate workloads for machining assets and assign work to those assets.
• Work with shop-floor management to understand shop metrics and investigate anomalies.
• Report capacity constraints and evaluate potential mitigation actions.
• Use Excel and SAP to present operational data meaningfully.
• Perform daily level loading and shop-floor scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. Citizenship is required by the U.S. Government.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong Excel experience.
