Product Designer, Growth AI Performance System

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for assigned features, from concepts and wireframes through prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation reviews.
• Create dashboards, scenario-planning tools, analytical views, data-rich interfaces, and complex workflows.
• Design interactions that help users interpret AI-generated recommendations, confidence indicators, and uncertainty.
• Develop reusable design-system components and improve patterns for a consistent platform experience.
• Conduct usability research and prototype testing with consulting teams and subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on feasibility, documentation, implementation quality, and design decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex or data-rich digital interfaces.
• Strong UX and visual design skills, including proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component development, and engineering handoff.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear interfaces, including dashboards, data tables, visualizations, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience conducting usability research and translating findings into design improvements.
• Familiarity with front-end principles, including responsive layouts, component behavior, and interaction states.
• Strong visual attention to typography, spacing, color, and interaction design.
• Active use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools; experience working in agile, cross-functional, feedback-driven teams.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products for enterprise, commercial, or other professional users.
• Exposure to AI-powered product design, especially interfaces communicating AI-generated recommendations, confidence levels, and uncertainty.
