Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: 100% remote within Poland, with a remote or hybrid model and a hub in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own design for an area of practice management software covering visits, calendars, billing, records, reporting, and practice operations.
• Continuously research doctors, clinic owners, and staff to identify workflow friction, manual work, workarounds, and drop-off points.
• Set design direction across teams, clarify ambiguous problems, and balance user and business needs in complex product areas.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from early UX requirements through QA and release, making engineering-aware decisions.
• Use LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code to clarify intent, draft specifications, identify risks, prototype concepts, and build production-ready front-end code alongside Figma work.
• Run usability tests, track funnels, adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes; coach designers and create reusable patterns and practices without direct management.

Requirements

• Strong multidisciplinary UI, UX, and visual design skills, with experience creating functional and engaging experiences for information-dense, data-heavy products, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Ability to write clear interface copy and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Comfort prototyping in code with AI tools, plus sufficient HTML and CSS knowledge to collaborate with front-end engineers.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing, with experience using Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating experiments and measurable outcomes.
• Experience shaping direction across several teams or products and helping other designers grow through collaboration.
• Ability to work quickly through ambiguity without compromising quality, using structured first-principles reasoning and attention to important details.
• Hands-on, reliable, transparent, collaborative approach with strong ownership and product-design craft.
• Proficient English required.

• Experience with AI features or using AI tools in the design process, with examples shown in the portfolio.
