Special Projects Lead

What you will do

• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and provide insights for key decisions.
• Own and deliver complex, cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with the Head of Business Development to assess acquisition targets and lead M&A integration activities.
• Define project scope, success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Connect engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams while building internal networks.
• Plan work, manage risks, track KPIs, and embed continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects in a complex or fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical thinking and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes.
• Autonomy, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to work across a wide variety of challenges.

Nice to have

• Background in M&A, product portfolio evaluation, or integration.
