Programme Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end programme plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project delivery across programmes and portfolios.
• Manage portfolios against strategic objectives, business value, resource allocation, and prioritisation requirements.
• Establish governance, reporting, performance metrics, risk management, and timely decision-making.
• Deliver sustainable people, process, and technology change, including transition into business-as-usual.
• Own programme budgets, financial reporting, cost/benefit analysis, ROI tracking, KPIs, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, commercially focused programmes and projects in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; hospitality or retail experience is desirable.
• Strong programme planning and delivery skills, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Experience building, leading, and managing cross-functional programme and project teams, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and contribute to detailed delivery when required.
• Change management capability covering people, process, and technology change, resistance management, and transition into business-as-usual.
• Data-led and analytical approach, including defining and using KPIs and identifying and mitigating risks.
• Financial acumen covering budgets, spend monitoring, benefits, ROI, and cost/benefit cases.
• Hands-on delivery mindset with working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project approaches and a continuous improvement outlook.
