Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Prepare and select data, train and validate machine learning models, and deploy them on embedded UAVs, UGVs, and USVs.
• Improve autonomy across unmanned platforms and contribute to next-generation drone technology.
• Collaborate with hardware development, testing, production, and customer operations stakeholders.
• Design and train production deep learning models, or manage large-scale geospatial, image, and sensor datasets.
• Optimize models for resource-constrained environments using quantization, pruning, and distillation.
• Support data quality assurance, annotation workflows, labelling platforms, synthetic data generation, and simulation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Rust, or C++.
• For the ML Engineer profile: proven experience designing and training deep learning models for production use.
• For the ML Engineer profile: deep expertise in computer vision architectures or VLA architecture.
• For the Data Engineer profile: experience managing large-scale geospatial, image, or sensor datasets.
• For the Data Engineer profile: familiarity with drone-generated imagery, LiDAR, telemetry, and flight logs.
• For the Data Engineer profile: experience with data quality assurance, annotation workflows, and labelling platforms.
• For the Data Engineer profile: experience generating synthetic data and working with simulation.
• Strong motivation to solve complex technical challenges, improve hands-on UxV products, work independently, and communicate effectively in English.
