Infra Cloud Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Support end-to-end ownership and continuous improvement of assigned infrastructure services, focusing on availability, reliability, utilization, adoption, service-level performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain service documentation, roadmaps, dashboards, operational metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate service activities across architecture, engineering, quality assurance, operations, product, project, and business teams.
• Facilitate service reviews, track actions, analyze trends, and communicate performance, risks, and improvement priorities.
• Support service strategy, design, transition, operations, lifecycle activities, incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare communications for releases, changes, performance updates, and improvement initiatives while serving as a point of contact for service inquiries and operational concerns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure operations, service delivery, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud capacity management, forecasting, and demand management.
• Working experience with ITIL practices and service management principles.
• Experience supporting infrastructure services including servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, or related technologies.
• Experience managing Azure and AWS provider capacity, capacity risk management and assessment, capacity governance and controls, and cloud resource capacity optimization.
• Understanding of application capacity and resilience, with experience in data, APIs, and capacity intelligence.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders, including strong executive and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to interpret service metrics, identify trends, translate findings into clear actions, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
