Agile Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Herzliya Pituach, Israel; remote work is offered, with up to 20% office time for face-to-face collaboration.

What you will do

• Define scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, milestones, and incremental delivery plans for infrastructure and core platform work.
• Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, operations, and business teams around technical requirements, dependencies, and implementation constraints.
• Facilitate Agile planning, iterative delivery, feedback, and adaptation of team practices.
• Align stakeholders, clarify ownership, resolve competing requirements, and maintain delivery accountability.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, changes, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Communicate progress, decisions, challenges, and milestones, and coordinate operational handover.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, core platforms, and system dependencies, with the ability to explore technical detail for planning and decision-making.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects, including scope, planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with the ability to apply iterative delivery practices to technical projects and product development.
• Understanding of the software and product development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational handover.
• Experience managing stakeholders with differing priorities and coordinating decisions across technical and business teams.
• Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, establish responsibilities, and maintain delivery accountability.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, including explaining technical issues to different audiences and maintaining transparency.
• Ability to resolve delivery challenges, respond to evolving requirements and technical complexity, and adjust priorities while maintaining focus on agreed outcomes.
