FP&A Data & Analytics Manager (Oracle EPM)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Oracle EPM processes for global finance, including workflows, business rules, reporting, and security.
• Administer Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, EDM, and related finance applications to maintain performance and reliability.
• Govern financial data across Fusion Cloud EPM applications and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved accuracy.
• Support analytics, visualization, and reporting with Alteryx and Power BI.
• Maintain dashboards, workflows, documentation, compliance controls, audits, and capacity planning.
• Train and support finance users while collaborating with Finance, Information Systems, and external vendors to resolve and optimize system issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or operating finance data solutions and systems using Oracle EPM or similar technologies for global organizations with complex reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM applications, SQL, data integration, data analysis, Power BI, data security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with Finance, Information Systems, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Oracle Planning Certified Implementation Professional, Oracle Analytics Cloud Professional, Alteryx, Power BI, or relevant data analytics certifications.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and with a Big Four firm.
