Experienced Android Developer (Mid/Senior) (Android)

Location: Warsaw, Tychy, Poland, or remote. Fully or partially remote work is available, with optional access to the offices.

Salary: 12,000–18,000 PLN per month on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Work in autonomous agile teams on ambitious, end-to-end mobile projects.
• Take technical responsibility for Android projects and deliver high-quality applications.
• Design communication with server data sources and create interfaces based on Product Designer systems.
• Test implementations, review team work, and prepare relevant project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and peers across projects for brands such as Żabka, HEBE, Superpharm, LPP, eobuwie, and Biedronka.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience developing Android applications.
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin, Android development patterns, and good practices.
• Good command of English for communication with clients and peers and reading specifications.
• Good communication skills and the ability to help colleagues improve their work.
• Attention to detail, consistency, accuracy, creativity, and proactiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience with project technologies such as MVVM, Kotlinx, Hilt, Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack Compose, Navigation, Work, Paging, Retrofit, Apollo, Moshi, JUnit 5, MockK, Room, SQLDelight, Kotlin Multiplatform, RxJava, databinding, or Koin. Full coverage is not required; technologies depend on the project and can be learned with colleagues.
