VP, Analyst Relations (Fintech)

Salary: $230,000–$250,000 annually; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic analyst-relations programs that build relationships and positive awareness with industry research analysts.
• Identify relevant contacts at partner organizations and pitch the hirify.global story.
• Organize and prepare analyst briefings, executive meetings, strategic messaging, talking points, Q&As, news releases, and other communications materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Investor Relations, executives, business units, and outside agencies on integrated campaigns and product or program initiatives.
• Support thought leadership reports, industry and business award submissions, and multiplatform communications strategies.
• Maintain the analyst-contact database and monitor analyst, competitor, and market activity.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in research analyst relations, strategic communications, or public relations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial services, with experience in the research analyst community, B2B communications, and/or public relations in financial services or technology.
• Ability to design actionable, measurable programs aligned with business objectives and provide strategic counsel to senior executives.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, analytical, and creative communication skills.
• Experience with digital media, corporate communications, reputation management, digital, social, and content marketing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, work independently and collaboratively, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality execution.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, performance tracking and reporting, sales collateral, and thought leadership content.
• Ability and willingness to travel; background knowledge of capital markets and/or the wealth industry.

Nice to have

• Experience working for or with research analyst firms such as Gartner, Aite, or Celent.
• PR agency and/or financial media experience.
