Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in São Carlos, Brazil

What you will do

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for campus network services and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and lead critical incident resolution, including technical war rooms when required.
• Plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure changes with impact analysis, risk mitigation, testing, and rollback plans.
• Participate in network design, implementation, expansion, modernization, transformation, and medium- and high-complexity migration projects.
• Support Cisco switching, routing, wireless, and DNA Center or Catalyst Center environments, as well as Fortinet FortiGate, Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, and FortiNAC.
• Optimize enterprise Wi-Fi, use monitoring and observability tools, develop network automation, maintain technical documentation, work with vendors and carriers, and mentor junior and mid-level professionals.

Requirements

• Advanced English for technical meetings with global teams and technical documentation.
• Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, QoS, and advanced network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, wireless technologies, and Cisco DNA Center or Catalyst Center.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cisco CCNA and Fortinet FCP/NSE 4 certification, or equivalent technical knowledge.
