Infrastructure Engineer III (Cloud Networking)

What you will do

• Participate in the infrastructure team’s on-call rotation.
• Provide third-line support for networking, VPN, cloud networking, and Zscaler incidents and service requests.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and Zscaler services.
• Support AWS and Azure networking, including VPC/VNet connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across on-premises and cloud environments and coordinate incident resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements

• Good understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VPN solutions, including IPsec, site-to-site, and remote access VPNs.
• Understanding of VPN authentication, certificates, encryption, and secure connectivity.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, including VPC/VNet, routing, VPN connectivity, and general cloud networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) is required, including platform support, maintenance, or migration participation.
• Good understanding of networking best practices and basic security concepts.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto or Cisco.
• Experience with office and branch networking, including Cisco Meraki.
• Experience with hybrid networking.
• Familiarity with Terraform or network automation.
• Experience with SASE technologies.
