Product & Fitting Specialist (Golf)

Location: Remote, Spain; field-based role requiring regular travel across the Southern Europe territory

Salary: Up to €40,000 plus additional benefits

What you will do

• Organise and deliver custom fitting days at partner retailers, pro shops, fitting centres, golf facilities, and events.
• Provide personalised fitting experiences and analyse launch data, swing characteristics, club heads, shafts, and adjustments.
• Use Foresight Sports launch monitors and support partners in optimising OptiFit equipment.
• Deliver product training, practical workshops, fitting simulations, and product demonstrations to partners, retailers, and golf professionals.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams, share field insights, and help improve fitting standards.
• Represent Callaway at events, product launches, and brand activations, including occasional activities outside standard working hours.

Requirements

• Passion for golf, golf equipment, and new technology.
• Solid knowledge of golf, golf equipment, and custom fitting principles.
• Confidence using technology and interpreting performance and launch data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
• Self-motivated, well organised, collaborative, customer-focused, and able to manage a field-based schedule independently.
• Valid driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Southern Europe territory and work at retail locations, golf facilities, events, outdoor areas, and driving ranges.

Nice to have

• Experience in custom fitting, golf coaching, or the golf equipment industry.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations or training to trade partners.
• Familiarity with launch monitor technology, such as Foresight Sports.
• Good English communication skills for an international environment.
