What you will do

• Fetch and integrate data from internal and third-party APIs using JSON and XML.
• Gather and analyze customer activity data, including support tickets, phone calls, emails, and product subscriptions.
• Enrich customer data with publicly available information such as industry type and company size.
• Contribute to training, fine-tuning, inference, and tokenization workflows for local neural networks and open-source LLMs.
• Implement and experiment with AI solutions using Python libraries.
• Automate tasks and contribute ideas for continuous improvement across diverse teams.

Requirements

• Python is essential.
• Basic PHP skills are welcome for API-related work.
• Comfort working in a Linux-based development environment.
• Good communication skills in English are essential.
• Curiosity about AI and technology, enthusiasm for learning, and interest in experimenting with AI models.
• Interest in exploring new tools, automating tasks, or building personal technology projects.

Nice to have

• Experience installing, running, or experimenting with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience training small neural networks or experimenting with open-source models such as LLaMA or Mistral.
• Basic understanding of large language model training, fine-tuning, inference, and tokenization.
