TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLM/Autonomous Agents): Designing and implementing intelligent-agent and LLM solutions for accounting software with an accent on multi-agent architectures, RAG, and agent deployment. Focus on MCP and A2A coordination, long-term memory and planning, and integrating asynchronous Python services with product, UX, data, and backend teams.
Location: Remote from Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, or El Salvador

Accounting software company operating in Mexico.
What you will do
- Define, design, and supervise technical architectures for intelligent-agent and LLM-based solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Implement MCP and A2A architectures for multi-agent coordination and autonomous business workflows.
- Collaborate with MLOps on execution environments for continuous agent updating and deployment, including memory, context, and long-term planning.
- Translate business needs into intelligent-agent architectures with product, UX, data, and backend teams.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence projects, including 2 years implementing autonomous agents or copilots.
- Fluent technical English.
- Experience with vector stores and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic, and asynchronous architectures.
- Experience leading collaboration and technical discussions across product, UX, data, and backend teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with business data in accounting, finance, payroll, billing, or ERP domains.
