What you will do

• Lead planning projects from start to finish in partnership with the Director.
• Act as a key client interface and trusted strategic partner.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring accurate workflow and best-practice campaign management.
• Coordinate specialists to deliver integrated client work.
• Build strong client relationships and develop a deep understanding of client businesses, brands, industries, and growth objectives.
• Support the management and development of Planners and Executives.

• People management skills, including supporting the management and development of Planners and Executives.
