What you will do

• Work with client leadership teams to understand key challenges, define IT strategies, secure buy-in, and transform client potential into performance.
• Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architectures using cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
• Own project workstreams, evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and handle client expectations and escalations.
• Enable agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementations and digital transformations.
• Contribute to project proposals, client relationships, business development, practice development, and the BCG brand.
• Collaborate with BCG and BCG Platinion leadership, consultants, clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• University degree with above-average academic performance in information technology, computer science, or computer engineering.
• Experience in a top consulting firm focused on technology or digital initiatives, including IT organization and process development.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
• Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: IT modernization; solution and enterprise architecture; CRM; physical and digital channels including mobile; ERP, SAP, and manufacturing platforms; banking and insurance platforms; people, HR, and collaboration platforms; applied intelligence, machine learning, RPA, chatbots, blockchain, and IoT; DevOps and bimodal IT; data analytics, big data, and data platforms; or cybersecurity.
• Experience with legacy environments and modern technology approaches.
• Track record of agile consulting and advisory, including digital and agile transformations at scale.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel worldwide to clients.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical problem-solving approach with strong analytical, conceptual, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills.
