End User Computing Site IT Technician

What you will do

• Resolve service desk incidents and requests through remote support tools and provide remote and onsite support across hirify.global locations in EMEA, with a focus on the local site.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, printing, mobile device, and collaboration technology issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, upgrades, repairs, returns, and disposal.
• Support local networks, printers, conference room technology, connectivity services, server and networking equipment, and manufacturing OT environments.
• Support SAP site security, physical security badge systems, onboarding, and town halls while coordinating with global IT teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, deliver end-user training, follow ITIL-based processes, and identify operational improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, field services, desktop support, or a similar technical role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and end-user computing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and within a global team environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Spain - Asturias.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Teams Telephony, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Configuration Manager, endpoint security, device management, and PowerShell automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, cybersecurity fundamentals, network troubleshooting, and manufacturing or Operational Technology environments.
