What you will do

• Provide foundational technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operations.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation while developing technical skills through on-the-job experience.
• Follow established infrastructure service delivery best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate.
