Chief Product Manager (f/m/d) for Omnivise Asset Management

Location: Germany; city listed as Erlangen, Bavaria. Flexible and remote work is available.

What you will do

• Own the Omnivise Asset Management product suite end-to-end, including vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap.
• Drive product adoption, scaling, portfolio evolution, and continuous improvement based on customer needs and business performance.
• Lead market, customer, user, and data-driven discovery and translate insights into value propositions and prioritized R&D requirements.
• Align Product, Development, Engineering, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and regional organizations to support timely decisions and consistent execution.
• Provide functional leadership to the product team and support integration into the wider Omnivise Ecosystem.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, business administration, management, innovation, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in Asset Performance Management, ideally with software solutions for operations and maintenance in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong product management experience covering product lifecycle management, product strategy, roadmap development, market and competitor analysis, prioritization, and collaboration with software development teams.
• Previous experience leading a product with accountability for strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in international, cross-functional environments.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German.
