Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; at least 4 days per week in the King's Cross offices, plus 1 flexible work-from-home day

Salary: £80K–£110K plus equity

What you will do

• Define software feature behavior step by step, including clinical edge cases and failure modes.
• Turn product ideas into build-ready requirements, decision logic, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI tools to create interactive prototypes and validate concepts with customers and commercial stakeholders.
• Partner with software engineers to resolve feature questions and ensure delivered functionality matches the intended product.
• Translate customer and market needs into requirements, shape the roadmap with the Product Lead, and manage the Jira backlog.
• Coordinate priorities and sequencing with the Project Manager and maintain product decisions in Confluence.

Requirements

• Demonstrable product management experience with software running on physical hardware.
• Understanding of regulated hardware development, including long development cycles and infrequent releases.
• Evidence of making product decisions based on logic and a deep understanding of users.
• Ability to write precise requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Ability to debate features with engineers and explain their product value.
• Strong communication skills across non-technical stakeholders and engineering ticket-grooming sessions, including implementation trade-offs.
• Heavy day-to-day use of AI tools.
• Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes with AI tools for users and engineers to review.

Nice to have

• Medical device experience or exposure to ISO 13485 or IEC 62304.
• Software engineering or technical background.
• Experience with embedded or real-time software.
