Senior Payment Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Ukraine

What you will do

• Search for, onboard, and manage fiat and crypto PSPs across LATAM.
• Negotiate fees, limits, settlement terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate PSP integrations with Tech and Product teams.
• Monitor approval rates, payment conversion, provider performance, routing, and backup solutions.
• Manage payment issues, reconciliation, settlements, and processing-cost optimization with Finance and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare PSP performance reports and maintain payment procedures and internal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with LATAM payment methods and providers, including PIX, local bank transfers, cards, or e-wallets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial discussions with PSPs.
• Solid understanding of payment flows, routing, approval rates, and settlement processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, KPIs, and reports.
• Experience collaborating with Tech, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience with crypto payment solutions.
• Spanish or Portuguese.
