Senior Payment Manager

Location: Remote from Poland; conditions specify Warsaw, Poland

hirify.global is expanding and managing a payment ecosystem serving the LATAM market.

What you will do

• Find, evaluate, and onboard fiat and crypto PSPs across LATAM while managing existing provider relationships.
• Negotiate fees, limits, settlement terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate PSP integrations with Tech and Product and optimize payment routing with reliable backup solutions.
• Monitor approval rates, PSP performance, transaction volumes, and payment issues to improve conversion.
• Manage reconciliation and settlements with Finance and reduce payment processing costs.
• Coordinate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support and maintain payment procedures and internal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP management, or a similar role.
• Experience with LATAM payment methods and providers, including PIX, local bank transfers, cards, or e-wallets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial discussions with PSPs.
• Solid understanding of payment flows, routing, approval rates, and settlement processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, KPIs, and reports.
• Experience collaborating with Tech, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience with crypto payment solutions.
• Spanish or Portuguese.
