Accountancy Graduate Apprenticeship - Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh, UK. Hybrid working with at least two office days per week; apprentices are expected to work from their primary office most days during the initial settling-in period.

Salary: £27,400 fixed apprenticeship salary.

What you will do

• Rotate through Finance and other business areas during the five-year apprenticeship.
• Produce monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and other timely financial information.
• Contribute to audit and assurance, risk and governance, strategic business management, taxation, and treasury activities.
• Forecast performance, analyse risk, advise on investments, and solve complex problems with finance and technology specialists.
• Create, verify, and review accurate financial information while developing collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Use data analytics platforms and next-generation reporting tools.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by the end of February 2028.
• Achieved National 5 Maths and English at grades A–C.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points; predicted grades are accepted, but offers are conditional on successful achievement.
• Must currently reside in Scotland and have lived in the UK for at least three years before the course start date.
• Must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level than the qualification offered.
• Must currently hold valid UK right to work, with visa validity extending beyond the programme duration of up to five years.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this apprenticeship.
