Country Manager, North America (AI)

Location: United States — Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Own local commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability, shared P&L execution, sales ambition, pipeline quality, and conversion.
• Translate global strategy, operating models, and transformation priorities into disciplined local execution.
• Oversee project and service delivery quality, margins, timeliness, resourcing, and significant client escalations.
• Champion adoption of AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods, including the sale and delivery of AI transformation offerings.
• Own legal-entity governance, employment, tax, health and safety, corporate compliance, and applicable works council or union relations.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, cross-functional alignment, and external relationships with clients, Microsoft field teams, partners, and industry bodies.

Requirements

• General management experience connecting commercial performance, delivery quality, people capability, and client relationships across a local business.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix with shared accountability across Vertical and functional leaders.
• Commercial discipline and the ability to challenge unambitious plans, pipeline quality, and insufficient adoption of AI offerings.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements, cultural nuance, works council dynamics, and global processes being implemented locally.
• Curiosity about AI and an understanding of its implications for the business, clients, and teams.
• Ability to balance global consistency with local agility and translate strategy into execution.
