Technical Program Manager (Robotics/AI)

Location: Watertown, MA, US; onsite

Salary: USD 130,000–200,000 per year

What you will do

• Bridge manufacturing leadership and wider system-development leadership to define how robots are built.
• Build trust with manufacturing staff and create tools for technicians and leadership.
• Develop the roadmap for manufacturing tooling and orchestrate its execution.
• Build tools and lead builders across the manufacturing organization.
• Align manufacturing tooling and processes with builders in customer support, go-to-market, and other domains.

Requirements

• Ability to map complex operational processes clearly and quickly.
• Experience influencing teams without formal management authority.
• Humility and willingness to adapt ideas based on practical product outcomes and user needs.

Nice to have

• Experience building software tools used daily by operators.
• Experience in robotics, electromechanical manufacturing, or automation.
