Senior Director Competitive and Solutions Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid work model with time split between an assigned hirify.global site and off-site work; locations include Santa Clara, Hillsboro, Folsom, and Phoenix, United States.

Annual salary range: $224,970–$374,800 USD.

What you will do

• Lead market and competitive analysis covering positioning, market sizing, forecasting, and emerging industry trends.
• Independently stress-test strategic assumptions, growth forecasts, total addressable market estimates, and competitive assessments.
• Define hirify.global’s AI-enabled market hirify.globalligence vision using agentic workflows, automated synthesis, predictive modeling, and decision-support systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and external providers to define hirify.globalligence-system requirements and product architecture.
• Develop market responses that position and differentiate hirify.global products and solutions while improving the use of customer and partner feedback.
• Lead and mentor data scientists and technical marketers, evolving the team toward strategic consulting, scenario modeling, and hirify.globalligence-systems design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in market hirify.globalligence, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or business analytics within high-tech, semiconductor, enterprise cloud-compute, or related ecosystems, including technical marketing experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience with a record of organizational transformation, team upskilling, and collaborative culture building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong familiarity with compute platforms, data center architecture, client computing, edge AI, developer ecosystems, and hyperscale supply chains.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar research vendor budgets, negotiating data syndication agreements, and optimizing vendor ROI.
• Experience serving as a business or product owner for data and AI initiatives, including requirements for automated ingestion, NLP/LLM workflows, predictive models, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Ability to influence executive decisions, challenge conventional thinking, and drive alignment among senior leaders in highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to build communities of practice, align matrixed stakeholders, and drive consensus without formal hierarchical authority.
• Deep understanding of agentic architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and automated synthesis.
