ED, Advance Analytics and Precision Health (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S.; some restrictions may apply based on the legal entity. The role requires 15% domestic and/or international travel, with working-hour expectations defined by the hiring manager. No relocation is provided.

Salary: $225,400–$418,600 per year, plus performance-based cash incentive and potential annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of clinical trial, transactional claims, electronic health record, clinical, and diagnostic data using established and novel statistical methods.
• Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to identify eligible patients and use provider EHR data to improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee digital health data, including patient-generated data, ePROs, and eCOAs.
• Track companion diagnostic availability, offerings, and usage, and define a roadmap for diagnostic strategy.
• Lead real-world evidence analyses to identify treatment-response patterns, including genetic and biomarker indicators.
• Guide reports, manuscripts, conference presentations, stakeholder alignment, and communication of complex insights to leadership, clinicians, health economists, and health systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with deep knowledge of personalized and precision medicine.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of domain expertise in personalized and precision healthcare secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, market access and patient service analytics, strategic analytics, or management consulting.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including enabling data-driven senior-leadership decisions and shaping organizational strategy.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, including clinical trial datasets and EHRs, with advanced statistical techniques such as data modeling and time-to-event analysis.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies and their use in capturing patient-generated data and outcomes.
• Experience using clinical and diagnostic data to identify genetic and biomarker indicators affecting treatment efficacy.
• Ability to draft and review technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations for scientific publications and conferences.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, persuasion, collaboration, analytical judgment, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
