Assoc. Director - US Market Engagement - Vaccines & ID (Pneumo) (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, with at least 3 days per week in the office; available to US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $156,900–$247,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive where applicable.

What you will do

• Partner with US vaccines marketing teams to align analytics and insights with brand, portfolio, and business priorities.
• Translate stakeholder questions into structured analytical use cases and support prioritization and scoping.
• Analyze claims, EMR/EHR, CDC, IQVIA, digital, and CRM data to produce actionable commercial recommendations.
• Recommend analytical approaches and support the design, development, and refinement of AI, machine learning, NLP, modeling, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and onshore and offshore DHH teams to deliver compliant, timely, high-quality solutions.
• Synthesize findings into visualizations and concise stories for senior and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Public Health.
• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare; vaccines experience is preferred.
• Proven application of advanced statistics, AI, machine learning, NLP, and Agentic AI to commercial business problems.
• Proficiency in Python, R Studio, SAS, SQL, or similar tools for data extraction, feature engineering, and model development.
• Strong experience with patient-level healthcare data, including claims, EMR/EHR, registries, CDC, IQVIA, and other secondary sources.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and data-driven recommendations, including support across product development, launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages.
• Strong communication, data storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Project and time management skills, including leading multiple concurrent analytics initiatives and teams.
• Self-directed, adaptable, curious, and committed to continued learning in AI/ML, advanced analytics, and healthcare data.

Nice to have

• MBA, MS, or PhD.
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR, claims, and IQVIA data offerings.
• Knowledge and experience in the vaccines business.
