Senior Project Controller, Scope & Schedule Management, meoSphere (Satellite Communications)

Location: Betzdorf, Luxembourg; 60% onsite from the office required. Travel is required as needed for project realization.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the integrated meoSphere programme schedule, planning baseline, milestones, WBS, PBS, deliverables, and planning hierarchies.
• Administer and improve Primavera Cloud and related enterprise programme control tools, with expert use of Microsoft Project.
• Manage dependencies, schedule integration, critical path activities, resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management across delivery segments.
• Monitor scope, schedule, delivery, and programme performance; produce forecasts, dashboards, reporting packs, and executive metrics.
• Translate Agile plans, PI objectives, roadmaps, and delivery progress into programme-level controls in collaboration with ATPMs, Technical Leads, and programme leadership.
• Support schedule risk assessments, Monte Carlo simulations, cost and forecasting integration, governance, baseline management, change control, and schedule integrity.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of experience in project controls, programme planning, scheduling, or programme management within large and complex engineering programmes.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project and strong experience with Primavera Cloud, Primavera P6, or equivalent enterprise programme control platforms.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules, WBS, resource plans, dependencies, milestones, forecasting, and programme reporting.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost, risk, resource, and change management disciplines.
• Experience supporting aerospace, satellite, telecommunications, defence, or similarly complex engineering programmes.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments while maintaining robust programme controls and governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and systems-thinking skills.
• Must be eligible for SECRET security clearance under applicable national regulations and EU/ESA/NATO equivalents.

Nice to have

• Experience with LEO, MEO, or GEO satellite communications programmes and end-to-end satellite architectures covering space, ground, mission software, and user terminals.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, probabilistic forecasting, programme performance dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Professional certification in project controls, scheduling, or programme management, such as PMI-SP, PMP, AACE, or PRINCE2.
• Experience with Agile-at-scale environments such as SAFe.
