What you will do

• Create, test, and continuously refine product guidelines for handling real-world tasks.
• Define quality standards for customer experiences and evaluate the product against them.
• Test hirify.global end to end through realistic customer tasks, identify failures, and trace them to root causes.
• Drive issues to resolution with engineering and design, then verify that fixes work.
• Benchmark hirify.global against competing AI products and measure the impact of product changes using data.
• Grade AI outputs, build test sets, and recommend whether new versions are ready to ship.

Requirements

• 2+ years owning demanding, high-stakes work end to end in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish a good experience from a great one.
• Clear written and oral communication, including the ability to defend recommendations in writing and verbally.
• Exceptional root-cause thinking and the ability to drive problems from symptoms to resolution.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership of outcomes, and rigor in high-volume, iterative work.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluations.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking.
• Experience in e-commerce, payments, travel, or other consumer transactions.
