What you will do

• Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance in practical scenarios.
• Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.
• Document task execution with screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Identify errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy, reliability, and real-world usability.
• Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining quality standards and meeting project requirements.

Requirements

• A few years of professional experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and applications.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms, websites, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
