Senior IT Security Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, 8 office days per month, based in the United States; primary location Columbus, OH, with additional locations in Houston, TX and Minneapolis, MN. Applicants may be required to appear onsite for interviews.

Salary: $85,600–$149,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Conduct advanced threat detection, security monitoring, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts.
• Manage access controls and monitor user activity for anomalies.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Use AI and agents to improve security-work effectiveness and productivity.
• Evaluate security tools, deliver advanced training, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of network security concepts and techniques.
• Deep competence in conducting thorough security audits.
• Experience coordinating incident response efforts.
• Ability to develop and enforce comprehensive security policies.
• Leadership experience delivering advanced security training.
• Proficiency evaluating and integrating new security tools.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI/DSS, and NIST-based audits and assessments.
