Lead TA Partner with German (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Inflancka office, Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 107,500–153,300 PLN gross per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, owning delivery and outcomes.
• Advise Western EU leaders and HR Business Partners using market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies using advanced tools, AI-enabled sourcing, data insights, and creative talent mapping.
• Challenge role design, level calibration, and talent strategy while balancing speed, quality, and cost.
• Build talent pipelines for AI, digital, and emerging skillsets, and improve hiring processes through ATS analysis and actionable insights.
• Elevate employer brand through strategic storytelling, executive engagement, and targeted market positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including global or multi-market hiring.
• Strong experience hiring for technology, AI, or data-driven roles.
• Strategic-level experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, market dynamics, compensation positioning, and talent trends.
• Advanced sourcing capability, including AI tools, data insights, and creative talent mapping.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance speed, quality, and cost.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change, with adaptability across countries and regions outside Western Europe.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and German.
