Junior DevOps Engineer (One Delivery)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Support and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and Kubernetes environments under senior-engineer guidance.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot build failures, deployment errors, containerized applications, CI servers, and operating systems in containers.
• Act as the first point of contact for developer-infrastructure tickets and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Use Infrastructure as Code practices to automate workflows and execute complex deployments in Microsoft Azure.
• Apply approved security patches to container images, perform system hardening, and maintain infrastructure.
• Participate in small- to medium-sized technical projects, code reviews, and communication of changes, plans, and risks.

Requirements

• Strong, proactive learning attitude and willingness to work with new technologies under supervision.
• Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies, systems engineering concepts, and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, including the internal operation of Kubernetes pods, services, and ingresses.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud-computing concepts; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a strong plus.
• Basic experience with Linux operating systems, especially within containers, and general troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Good communication skills, including clearly describing technical problems and solutions and maintaining transparency with the team.
