Workforce Trainer II (Member Engagement Contact Center and Digital Support)

What you will do

• Deliver technical, specialty, and customized in-house training using instructional materials, job aids, and software.
• Prepare class materials and coordinate training sessions.
• Assist with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Ent University curricula.
• Deliver learning through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats.
• Maintain training-material accuracy and consistency with departments and key managers.
• Monitor industry developments and learning practices while mentoring and developing other trainers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Education, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of formal training and development teaching experience in a school or corporate environment, including at least 1 year of experience in a financial institution.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, facilitation, instructional design, and development.
• High comfort with public speaking and excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in technical writing for training manuals, memoranda, and proposals.
• Experience applying adult learning theory, methodology, instructional design, training systems, practices, and techniques.
• Experience delivering professional presentations, including teaching adults or at the college level, and ability to develop professional presentations.
• Excellent organization, ability to manage multiple diverse projects, problem-solving ability, and logical decision-making skills.
• Adherence to Ent policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of formal training experience in a corporate or collegiate-level environment using adult-level techniques.
• Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a similar certification.
