Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD annually, depending on experience, education, and skillset.

What you will do
- Lead complex financial models for annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Perform variance analysis, scenario planning, profitability assessments, backlog analysis, and utilisation reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial results, revenue forecasts, and clear financial narratives for business partners and senior management.
- Support strategic projects and commercial initiatives through financial evaluation and risk analysis.
- Improve financial templates, automate data consolidation, and recommend enhancements to financial systems and workflows.
- Advise senior stakeholders by translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations and conduct internal audit checks.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or certifications such as ACCA or CPA are preferred.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with substantial exposure to financial modelling and analytical techniques.
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle or SAP, advanced Excel, and relevant BI and data visualisation tools.
- Experience in the commercial or industrial construction industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
